Release notes give correct information:  To generate a QR code in LO apps (Impress, Draw, Writer or Calc), go to Insert ▸ Object ▸ QR Code

Online help does not.  https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/text/shared/guide/qrcode.html

Actual:  Choose Insert - QR Code
Should be:  Choose Insert - Object - QR Code

(QR code itself works great!)
