Same issue reproduced with attachment 87228 [details] from bug 70221. After saving it to .ODT the text 'Main' in the TOC becomes an hyperlink

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
