Thank you for reporting the bug.

> this is a pdf with embed font, only text

If i open attached pdf file with a German Acrobat Reader DC, i get a message:

"A font package is required to display this page correctly. Click on OK to download the add-on..."

Same happens, if i open the pdf in LO Draw - content is not visible.

Can you please recheck ?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'.
Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested info is provided.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous) - For Acrobat Reader DC version 19.x

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack enables you to display and interact with documents authored in languages other than those supported in your native Adobe Reader. It is needed to correctly display a document when an author does not embed the appropriate font into the document. It is also needed when the author does embed the font, but the reader of the document wishes to interact in some way with its content, for example, by collaborating, commenting, or filling out forms.

That's the question i cannot answer at the moment...

Setting to "NEW", cause LO Draw will not show content, while Acrobat Reader does.

I haven't retested it (yet), but I suspect this is a duplicate of bug 141709.

I was able to reproduce this problem in some nightly 7.2.0 and 7.3.0 dev builds:

master~2021-06-04_18.12.48_LibreOfficeDev_7.2.0.0.alpha1_Linux_x86-64_deb
master~2021-06-21_15.37.11_LibreOfficeDev_7.3.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb

Here's the about box info for the 7.3.0 dev build:
Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e3086b58eb5427d520b86c185f9d911bb6f7a3a0
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2021-06-21_15:37:11
Calc: threaded

However, I was not able to reproduce it when running from a dev branch with my fix for bug 141709 applied. This leads me to conclude that this is a duplicate of bug 141709.
