Description:
There are wrong values in Table Properties window under Column Width in DOCX Word documents when they are opened with e1ec771c60d1fe03651b24f938589863c3882bc8 build of LibreOffice 6.4.0.0.alpha1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.	Create a DOCX document with Microsoft Word.
2.	Insert a table with 2 columns and 2 rows
3.	Merge the second row of the second column.
4.	Split the first column of the second row vertically into 3 parts.
5.	Save the document.
6.	Open the document with e1ec771c60d1fe03651b24f938589863c3882bc8 build of LibreOffice 6.4.0.0.alpha1.
7.	Select the second row of the table and open Table Properties -> Column tab.


Actual Results:
There are wrong values in Table Properties window under Column Width.

Expected Results:
There should be right values in Table Properties window under Column Width.


Reproducible: Always

I think this is the same problem as bug 128746 and that https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/82532/ should fix both
