Picture (as character anchor) rotation problem on Writer

I insert an rectangular picture by drag and drop.
Then, I set picture's anchor to "as character" (or something like that, my LO is in spanish)
After thatm when I select "rotate 90 degrees" to the left or right, the image rotates, but the picture area remains "unrotated" causing the picture showing cropped.

This was reported as bug 125594 already. Unfortunately, it is still not fixed.
