Once a sheet (xlsx) is PROTECTED all comments attached to a cell is not saved, is definitively lost.

With the following steps:

- Create a new spreadsheet with Calc
- Comment a cell
- Protect the sheet (using default settings)
- Save as ODS: comment remains
- Save as XLSX: comment is not there anymore when closing Calc and opening the XLSX file again.
