This is a meta bug for online XHP editor

The editor is in dev-tools/help3/xhpeditor/

to clone the dev-tools repo: 
git clone https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/dev-tools dev-tools

To clone the Helpcontent2 repo: 
git clone https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/help helpcontent2

Set your webserver to dev-tools/help3/xhpeditor/index.php

Adjust config.php with the right paths for helpcontent2.

Icons are in the core/icon-themes/ repo. Find a way to get the folder and set in config.php. We don't need the full core/ repo
