Description:
LibreOffice, particularly Calc, has started crashing every few days.  The real problem is that I have autosave set to every 10 minutes, but when it crashes, all of the work is gone, even though I have been working for over half an hour.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. System crashes
2. Restart
3. Work is gone, despite scheduling an autosave every 10 minutes 

Actual Results:
I lose my work

Expected Results:
My work is saved, at least up until the last few minutes.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Yes, I reset my profile a few days ago.  Didn't see the problem for a while, thought I had corrected it. 

Then it reappeared.

It is mentioned there that file must be saved at least once. I didn't test or verify that. Please see the whole bug.

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

Does that mean your system does not crash anymore?

How did you enable autosave ?

Status has been set to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once requested information has been provided.
