Description:
Memory usage for saving a file with images increased with 100% (200 <-> 424)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save the file CTRL+S
3. Check memory usage after saving


Actual Results:
~180 MB with 4.4.7.2 (x32)
~200 MB with 5.1 (x32)
~400 MB with 5.2.4 (x32)
~424 MB with Version: 6.3 (x32)

~536 MB with 6.5.0.0 (x64)

Expected Results:
Around 250-275 MB


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Attempted to bibisected it with Win repro. No luck.

~514 MB = Initial load
~1160 MB = Peak while saving
~742 MB = After save
