Can not confirm on Windows 10 64-bit en-US with
Version: 6.4.0.1 (x64)
Build ID: 1b6477b31f0334bd8620a96f0aeeb449b587be9f
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18362; UI render: GL; VCL: win;
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US

The File -> Export... dialog launch has all formats available from its os File Manager compliant drop list.

Do not reproduce in 6.2.8.2 in Ubuntu 18.04 x86 either.
File > Export has all the available file formats. Could you please double-check?

OK, then please update from this EOL build. At minimum clean user profile and retest.
Comment 5 VincentYu 2020-01-04 21:35:53 UTC
cleaned user profile(reset to factory), it's still the same. Since this is already the EOL build, it's supposed to be the most mature/stable one. I don't have confidence on newer versions until it reaches at least x.x.5.

same problem with newly installed 6.3.5.2

Comment 8 VincentYu 2020-02-21 00:38:02 UTC
I intended to export drawing to svg file.
Comment 9 VincentYu 2020-02-21 01:12:58 UTC
Works fine on 6.1.5.2 linux(deb10.3)
Version: 6.1.5.2
Build ID: 1:6.1.5-3+deb10u5
CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2;
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

Seems like a UI regression. On windows versions, file format listbox shows only pdf.
Comment 10 VincentYu 2020-02-21 01:39:06 UTC
Need to install optional image filters to enable exports to various formats. I used custom install and turned those off. Installing those filters made additional formats appear on export dialog. Installing the XSLT sample filter made xhtml format appear as well.
