how to reproduce:

1. check conditional formating: 5 rules
2. select row 8. ctrl + c
3. select row 9. ctrl + v overwrite? yes
4. check conditional formating: 6 rules
5. ctrl + z
6. check conditional formating: 6 rules

Repro with file. Already seen in 4.4.7, although the result of pasting is messier, more rules are created. This is probably a bug that got fixed meanwhile.

Actually, this particular problem started in 4.1. I bibisected with linux-41max to the range https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/log/?qt=range&q=d5e5de641cef7664a605f474bf7c18a70008806b..ad57664323e3ddf04ae99dba14ddaa22da2aacba
