Tools > Footnotes and Endnotes - Styles section (for each tab) For all the styles shown in the dropdown boxes -- -- is there a logic in the ordering of style choices (that I have not appreciated) -- otherwise suggest alphabetized order (or another logic). For Footnote tab, Page is greyed out. If it is never used, isn't it better not to mention it?
(In reply to sdc.blanco from comment #0) > For Footnote tab, Page is greyed out. If it is never used, isn't it better > not to mention it? Ignore. Answer is: Appears if "End of document" is chosen
Don't see any good reason for this particular sorting.
Sorting by name would indeed simplify the handling of the list of styles. Sorting should be done per locale.
