Description: Options > Language settings > Decimal separator is always comma no matter the OS system settings. As a consequence, all decimal values with . do not work; empty graphs etc Locale Settings : English USA have to be selected to get decimal point. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Options > Language settings > Set Dutch BE 2.Try to set . as decimal separator: does not work 3.Change to English USA : now . as separator Actual Results: OS System locale settings has no effect on decimal separator in Calc Expected Results: Decimal separator should be used from the OS system settings Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Decimal separator should be used from the OS system settings
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I confirm - LO don't use OS locale settings fully. Despite of my Win10 Home customized region settings and checkbox status in Options - Language settings - Languages LO Calc always uses comma for decimal point and semicolon for list separator.
