duplex bug first image

When reporting bug 129101 I was forced to "upgrade" to 6.3.4.2. I really didn't want to do this due to the AGILE development process being used. It always breaks more than it fixes.

The version of LibreOffice bundled with KDE Neon/Ubuntu 18.04 printed perfectly. Version 6.3.4.2 will not override a printers default duplex setting. If the print queue is set up to print single sided by default, turning on duplex in the LO print dialog will not cause duplex to happen. I believe the inverse is also true. I tested this with both my HP OfficeJet 8100 and Lexmark CS310DN. Prior to the installation of 6.3.4.2, this worked.

I realize many won't consider this a significant issue, but it is major. One of the books I'm currently working on tips the scales at just over 1000 pages and one of my editors works from paper with a red pen. Yes, eventually it will be two volumes but it cannot be two volumes until it is first one good book.

You don't have to upgrade to test new version, AppImage is very useful.
Please test with LO master (which is not daily updated, but still useful) http://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/index.php/daily-version/

I don't have a physical printer to test, this could be a regression from new print dialog in 6.3.

Hi, Roland. Have you tested the new versions?... Is there any improvment about the bug your reported?...

Ubuntu 20.04

Seems to be working with both of my printers. Just been too involved with things to get back to you.

My apologies for the delay.
