Description:
Converting bitmap image to polygon (vectorize) does not work in LO 6.3.4 (x64) and 6.3.3 (x86): Preview remains empty and OK does nothing.
Same task works without any problem in LO 6.2.6 (x86)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Draw a basic shape like a circle
2. Convert it to bitmap
3. Try to convert it to polygon

Actual Results:
bitmap unchanged

Expected Results:
vectorized image


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
