I find an other wording more appropriate than “Implementatierung”.

Don't think we should handle localization issues of help pages in Bugzilla. The English original is "Technical details on LibreOffice pivot chart implementation.", which sounds good to me. 

As for German I could imagine "Technischer Hintergrund (in Englisch)" but that's up to the l10n team who not read these tickets, I'm afraid. @Sophie: How shall we proceed?
