first i changed the OS to Catalina (64bit)
second i installed LO Version 6.3.4.2 over 5.2.7
so far ok it shows no updates anymore in the help menu.

But: When i try to istall the german language pack, the version is allegedly not 6.3 and the language pack will not install.

In Finder /Pogramm/Libreoffice is shown the Version 5.1.6002 

So, what can i do?

sorry, processor architecture ist 64 of course, not 32

Please attach a screenshot from Finder here where we'll see installed LibreOffice

You can just delete all LibreOffice from Program in Finder and then try install LibreOffice again

delete and reinstall is in progress, i will inform you

i deleted LO in finder
but new installation is not possible, it starts, but its not visible in finder as a program; and after quit of LO it is not the computer anymore
shall i try an erarlier version instead?

OK, i'm stupid because i thought installing it per double klick instead of pulling it into application.
Now everything is fine.
