Description Payroo Support 2020-01-16 12:25:46 UTC
Description:
LibreOffice installs onto a Windows 10 (1909) Home laptop. When trying to use, either opening LibreOffice or opening a particular file - any format, LibreOffice "Stalls" at the opening screen, and has to be closed as it is "Not Responding". This is for the following releases: 6.2.8 - 6.3.3 - 6.3.4. Installing/uninstalling does not "cure" the problem

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open file, after assigning "Open By Default"
2.Select ANY icon from the start menu.
3.Use the "Open With" menu.

Actual Results:
LibreOffice stalls and refuses to work/open file(s)/do anything.

Expected Results:
Expected: Open file for work purposes. Result: Stalled application and switching to another software to get work done.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes
