Description Ricardo Antunes 2020-01-23 12:00:51 UTC
Description:
When a Connector Line is glued/connected to 2 objects close to each other, and you try to adjust the line in its grab point (red square in the middle), the line changes to a different form and does not go along with the natural movement of the cursor.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Draw to objects and put them close to each other
2.Use a connector line to join the objects
3.Try to adjust do connector line

Actual Results:
The line changes to an unnatural form and does not follow the natural movement of the cursor

Expected Results:
The movement of the connector line should follow the cursor movement direction

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
This started to happen on LO 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4

During movement

As you can see the connector line changes form and freezes during movement, only appearing on the screen when you lift the mouse button. This should not happen, the line should follow the cursor as long as you keep the mouse button pressed.

I can't reproduce. It would help, if you attached an example document for us to test with.

Please attach an example document.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.

ODG with blocks

The document I sent you in annex was created with LO 6.0.7, I'm still using an older version because of the reported bug on more recent ones.

Thanks, with this is it very visible when grabbing the middle point of the connector between Dpx. 8/9 and H1

However, I found an older report and luckily the cause of the problem is know.
