The Position and Size Sidebar panel show the Arrange options and there would be space on the second column next to Arrange: for Align: commands. Yes we can talk why the Arrange commands are in the Position and Size Sidebar but as they are, than add Align would be consequent.
hello Andreas, Could you please attach a screenshot of the described problem ?
Created attachment 157954 [details] Alignment commands in the sidebar
I can't reproduce it in Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 28d844a589e52abfe62dc66b888e78665221ba28 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
what do you mean you can't reproduce it? the align commands are not available in the sidebar but as the arrange commands are there I don't see any reason why not add the alignment commands at least when you select more than one shape/objects, ...
[Automated Action] NeedInfo-To-Unconfirmed
I expected to see the label 'Align' in the sidebar that why I said I couldn't reproduce it. Changing to enhancement then
Do you want to add all seven or just the four horizontal options?
(In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #7) > Do you want to add all seven or just the four horizontal options? .uno.ObjectAlign would replicate what's on the toolbar.
> .uno.ObjectAlign would replicate what's on the toolbar. As Align do.
+1
