Extension Manager button not working

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Writer (or Calc),
2 - Select Tabbed UI,
3 - Go to Extension tab,
4 - Click Extension Manager button.

Expected result:
Open extension manager.

Observed result:
Unresponsive.

However, if one selects the "Extension" drop down menu, there's a functional "Exnsion Manager" command in the menu.

@Heiko, @Andreas, Why do we have, under the extension tab, the 'Extension manager' button and the Extension dropdown list with only one option: 'Extension Manager' ??? it seems redundant to me...

It's not redundant cause if you have installed an extension which have notebookbar support the commands for the extension will be in the tab but also in the drop down menu.
