Description:
when i try to install LO 6.4 the installer says there's a error with the package and doesn't install the suite. i've been trying for hour to re download the software from different mirrors but all keep saying there's a problem with the files.

Actual Results:
the installation process lasts several minutes and in the end it says there's an error. can't install 6.4 on windows 7

Expected Results:
i expected a smooth and quick installation

Please try to install from admin command line with verbose logging enabled and attach the log file, e.g.:

msiexec /i LibreOffice_6.3.4_Win_x64.msi /L*V %tmp%\install.log

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. 
Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested info is provided.
