This is the saved file where the links with section sign are broken into 2

If the link starts with double 'Section Sign' character 0xA7, after saving, the link is broken into two pointing to the same target in the Navigation/Hyperlinks section.

Vincent, your steps to reproduce are not clear to me (and perhaps not only for me, bacause nobody has made a comment to your report). So please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided.
Comment 3 VincentYu 2020-03-11 21:32:54 UTC
1. create a new doc
2. create a multi-character hyperlink with space/hyphenation or other punctuation characters in it.
3. save the doc
4. reopen the doc
5. press f5 to open the left navigation pane
6. expand the hyperlinks section
7. see > 1 links displayed pointing to the same bookmark/chapter/table...

I can't confirm it with

Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: c63148ba139bd6b9ae7a0f9e24e51f29e5370963
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win;
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-GB
Calc: threaded

I tried it with the text "hyper.link with-text" and target "Internet" and "Document"

Have you tried something like §§1.2?
Comment 7 VincentYu 2020-03-16 06:16:29 UTC
In fact I tried "hyper.link with-text", it was broken in 2: "h" and "yper.link with-text".

You need to follow my steps 5,6,7 to open the navigation pane and expand the hyperlinks subtree to see all the hyperlinks. Or you can zoom into one of the links and click, then only part of the link will change color and not the full link, which shows that it is broken into 2 links.

Sorry, you're right. I also can see the broken hyperlink, but if I create an new one (I also tried §§1.1), save and reopen the document, this doesn't happen.

Vincent: can you reproduce the problem with a new hyperlink in 7.0.0?
