Description: Whether using the rectangle or free-form redaction method, it is impossible to do so in a color that is dark enough to hide the black text of the document, which pretty well makes the redaction function worthless. On my Linux machine, I choose the "blackest black" available, but in reality the color of the redaction is dark grey, thus allowing anyone to see the text underneath the redaction. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open pdf file in Draw. 2.Select one of the two redaction tools: Rectangle or freeform. 3.Redact the text. Actual Results: Using the darkest color available (black) to fill the redaction rectangle, or as the free-form "brush" does not result in a "true-black" result; the color of the redaction rectangle or free-form fill is actually a dark grey, thus making it possible to see the black text of the redacted sections. Expected Results: Expected to see a true redaction, one where you can no longer read the redacted text.
