Description:
download 6.4.1.2 from libreoffice.org
install using "Typical" - always used "Typical"
no problem during install, when tried to "run":
[content="bundled"] caught unexpected
com.sun.star.deployment.DeploymentException: Extension Manager:
failed to read data entry in backend db:
file:///C:/Users/Robert%20Margulski/AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice/4/
user/extensions/bundled/registry/com.sun.star.comp.deployment.help.
PackageRegistryBackend/backenddb.xml
*** uninstalled, reinstalled, same
*** uninstalled, installed 6.4.0, no problem
*** 6.4.1 is approx 45MB smaller? - something left out ???



Steps to Reproduce:
1.Typical install 6.4.1 Win_64
2.Fatal Error 
3.Typical (re)install 6.4.0
4.Works fine

Actual Results:
see above

Expected Results:
Fatal Error when attempting to start 6.4.1


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Should have started just like 6.4.0

On Win10 with LO 6.4.1 and a brand new LO profile, I don't reproduce this.

Do you confirm you reset your LO profile? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile).
