Description:
In writer when from a blank document another is opened, this causes menu bar is duplicated. Only top menu bar is operative. It occurs in Spanish language and in English too. That don't occurs in windows version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open writer 
2.open an existent document
3.

Actual Results:
you will see two menu bars (see file attached)

Expected Results:
Only one bar menu


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Please try to reset (delete) user profile and paste info from Help-About.
