Description:
Windows 10
Libreoffice base 6.3.5.2 and 6.4.2.1+ Sqlite 3 odbc

When making the forms and with all the data when entering any of them I got the error that I attached in pdf, in this error I can not enter any of the forms that I have made and I lose even what has been achieved to date.
In some forums they comment on kernel problems

Without a better description of the error there is no possibility to confirm this bug.

Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem.
Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided
