Do you have any extension installed? Indeed, I don't see "AncientGreek" in LO code. If yes, could you disable them temporarily and give it a try?

For the test, could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps + upgrade to 6.4.1 ?

For each extension, you should check you've got the last version + if it's compatible with LO 6.4.
Eg: for AncientGreek, you can use https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/ancientgreek

I keep using the writer, it happen too when I use the Ctrl+H for search and replace.
The same error message:
A Scripting Framework error occurred while running the Basic script vnd.sun.star.script:AncientGreek.modAccelerator.myReplace?language=Basic&location=application.

Message: The following Basic script could not be found:
library: 'AncientGreek'
module: 'modAccelerator'
method: 'myReplace'
location: 'application'

As I said if extensions are not compatible with new LO version, you'll get error messages.
Please uninstall at least AncientGreek and try again.
Also, you didn't respond about my previous comment concerning checking version of extensions.

Removing-ReinstallingAcientGreek

Hi, I will rephrase my information.

Before upgrade LO to this version, I had installed some addon's and extension's, but after the upgrade all of them, with exception of "remove dupplicates" are gone.
I try to re install AncientGreek, (AncientGreek-1.6-beta7.oxt), because it was not working and neither be on the Extension manager, I can not installed because it give me error of "Add Extension(s): /home/gtevtas/.config/libreoffice/4/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/lu119104qlm424.tmp_/AncientGreek-1.5.5.oxt does not exist.", So, I want to re install the AncientGreek-1.5.5.oxt, but it don't allow me to re install it and either appear on the Extension Manager screen.
So in resume, I can not re install it, or upgrade it, neither remove the AncientGreek-1.5.5.oxt.
What else can I do for assist you?

In this case, just clean your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps)
