The semi-transparent picture background in .PPTX was not shown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the file
2. See the difference

Actual Results:
The picture doesn't have semi-transparent background

Expected Results:
The picture should have semi-transparent background

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
