Description: This issue is somewhat related to 82418. When I paste multiple lines from a plain text file to Calc, Calc suggests me to paste these lines as UTF-16, although the plain text file itself is in UTF-8 (without BOM). It looks weird and even dangerous. Is it a bug? I have tested it with UTF-8-with-BOM files as well. There is no difference.
