Description:
After Crashed the document recovers and no data loss experienced

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Tool option
2. Go to bibliography database tab
3.

Actual Results:
Libreoffice writer Crashed

Expected Results:
Open database of bibliography


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

This is a slim i.e. poor report.
Does this happen with some specific document or with every new empty one? 
Which table opens? 
"User Profile Reset" indicated that you should reset/delete user profile and try again and write that. 

Doesn't happen normally with LO 6.3.5 in Linux nor Windowsd so this is something specific in your case that you have to find out.
