Description: The bug entry form in for LibreOffice in Bugzilla (https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice&format=guided) has checkbox for "Is OpenGL enabled?" The help text "Some bugs are only reproducible if OpenGL is enabled, thus [checking] whether OpenGL is enabled is useful." contains a link which opens in the same window/tab. This means that the info a user has already filled for submitting a form could get lost. (In my case, Firefox preserved form info on pressing Back but this shoulnd't be assumed standard browser behavior). It would be more user-friendly to open the info link in a new window/tab. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new bug (Some bugs are only reproducible if OpenGL is enabled, thus checking whether OpenGL is enabled is useful.) 2. Scroll down to "Is OpenGL enabled?" checkbox 3. Click on "checking" on support text "Some bugs are only reproducible if OpenGL is enabled, thus [checking] whether OpenGL is enabled is useful." Actual Results: 1. Link (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#How_to_enable.2Fdisable_OpenGL) opens in current window/tab (the form in process of being filled) Expected Results: 1. Link (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#How_to_enable.2Fdisable_OpenGL) should open in new window/tab Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: The linked page ((https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#How_to_enable.2Fdisable_OpenGL) also has a link that is not accessible for Windows users (http://www.realtech-vr.com/admin/glview). This has been submitted as another bug.

The "checking" is pretty clearly a reference link to an off-site resource. Navigating away from the form is a correct response to following the link--but it is annoying if unexpected. The guided note probably should be changed though, maybe "checking (see utilities offered by realtech-vr.com)" for the URL text. @Xisco?
