Hello 
I don't know well when it started but every time windows 10 start the libreoffice.dll missing error pop up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. re-intall newest version

keeping poping up

First which LibreOffice do you use?
Last stable one is 6.3.5 and you can even try 6.4.2
Then give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
