When install via official site, non problem F1 help work correctly.
The problem is when installing from PPA...

Same thing for me with LO 6.4.3.2 on Ubuntu 20.04
It's an upgrade from Ubuntu 19.10 and LO as a classic install (not snap) from Ubuntu official repositories.

Can confirm @Cocotrail: when installing LO via PPA problems remains

When installing LO from SNAP - all works fine
SNAP also solves this bug ->
