Description:
When I use Wizard function in BASE to create table, the STEP 2 doesn't show options to configure fields. Visual BUG?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on 'Use Wizard to create table'.
2.Select fields to be able to go to the next step
3.Only appears 'Field name' and no other options

Actual Results:
Only appears 'Field name' and no other options

Expected Results:
The following options are missing:
- Field type
- Entry required
- Lenght
- Etc.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

It will be fixed from next release 6.4.4
