Description: When writing in a slide title some characters don't show. When I present the slide show (F5) they are there. It only seem to affect certain letters, like uppercase W for instance. (I always set my master slide to almost completely black. Not sure if this has anything to do with it) For example: I write "Welcome to lesson 3" What I see when I'm done is "elcome to lesson 3" But when I'm in presenting mode it says "Welcome to lesson 3" correctly. So it's only visible while I edit the slide. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new slide 2. Write something with uppercase W in the title. Actual Results: W disappears from the sentence even though it's there. It's basically like it's invisible. Expected Results: W should be there in edit mode since I typed it and it can be viewed when presenting the slide. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-US Module: PresentationDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Linux (Solus KDE) OS is 64bit: yes
Please attach ODP and put in your screenshot.
Created attachment 159206 [details] Example odp where the letter W is invisible in the headline Welcome
Created attachment 159207 [details] Screenshot of letter w being invisible While writing and editing the uppercase W in welcome disappears. Might be true for other letters too, but at least W is an issue for some reason.
Created attachment 159208 [details] The letter W is visible when presenting the odp As can be seen here, when I go to presentation mode W is visible.
Could be about dark theme. Please try and report: 1. to change font color from Automatic in dark theme 2. to change Tools-Options-App colors-Background 3. some light theme 4. Format - Clear Direct Formatting.
