When  i press F1 i get this message:

Error
L'objet n'est pas accessible.
Impossible d'accéder à l'objet,
car les droits d'utilisateur sont insuffisants.

Even in root mode, same problem

Actual Results:
Press F1 for local Help

Expected Results:
error message
