Description:
every time i try to open libreoffice (base, calc, etc) an error appears:"Code execution can't go on because icuuc61.dll is not found. To solve the problem, try to reinstall program".
I've already tried to reinstall but the problem still remains.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open libreoffice
2.the error appears
3.

Actual Results:
the program doesn't start

Expected Results:
the program should open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Thank you for reporting the bug.
it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I've juxt installed latest version but the problem still remains.

Can you try repairing the installation? Select modify option next to LibreOffice under Apps and Features on Windows 10. Select "Repair" when installation dialog launches. 

Just a hypothesis but installing new version might not have touched the spots, repair option will. If the issue persists, you can change the status back to unconfirmed.

I tried "repair" option bt the problem still remains.
Now I notice that another problem is that when I select "libreoffice" icon there in no icon displayed, but the generic window icon.

Are you still seeing this with 6.4? Are you using Windows 10?
