Description:
UI: being hard to get the right focus to cut a table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Mission: Select only outer border of the table frame & right click -> Cut

Actual Results:
It's hard to cut a table frame with a frame especially with another frame in the background

Expected Results:
When clicking the table the content shouldn't be selected, which makes it easier to cut/paste

I disagree that it's overly difficult to click the outer table frame, the feedback is just somewhat special. Nevertheless we add the UNO command Select Table to the context menu. Opinions?

(Btw, you can customize this yourself)
