Description:
Every time I want to set a password on Files to send them safe to someone the saved file with password is broken.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Creat Document 
2. enter content in File
3. Save with password


Actual Results:
File can't be opened  and I get the message that it is broken, I can't even enter the password.  

Expected Results:
Can open document, enter Password


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
The file with password is smaller then the normal saved File.

3. Please attach sample that cannot be opened.

I stored a writer file with password on

Version: 6.4.2.2 (x64)
Build-ID: 4e471d8c02c9c90f512f7f9ead8875b57fcb1ec3
CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI-Render: GL; VCL: win; 
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE
Calc: CL


I WAS ABLE to open the file with pw.

I CAN NOT confirm this "bug".
