Description:
Crash related undo/redo of inserting a section

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert -> Section -> Columns -Choose 2 or 3
3. Press Insert
4. CTRL+Z
5. CTRL+Y
6. CTRL+Z -> Crash

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always

It takes an extra cycle or two of Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Y but the program crashes. According to crash report, its related to swlo.dll
