Description Duns 2020-04-04 14:31:33 UTC
When I copy a text from a odt file and paste special to another as DDE link, I loose the format (bold, italic, highlighted and the like).
It would be very useful for academic work keep the format, so that the content be as readable as possible.
Thanks!

Thank you. I mean any odt document; with these steps 1) select formatted text in document (odt) A, 2) copy 3) go to document B (target) 4) paste special as DDElink: you will loose the format.
I add two screenshort

any news? I think that this problem is serious for a thoughful use of LibreWriter, as an academic one.
Thanks

I can reproduce, but only with your attached file. What type of object is the "Text source" paragraph? If I do it from scratch, the formatting is retained just fine.
