Did it stop by itself or after upgrade?
Did you add spellcheck languages again?
What is your OS?
Any reason to use old LO 6.0.7 when there's newer 6.3?
This is not correct bug report, you should've used ask.libreoffice.org first.

Did it stop by itself or after upgrade?
- uncertain

Did you add spellcheck languages again?
- don't understand

What is your OS?
- Linux Mint 17.3 "Tessa"

Any reason to use old LO 6.0.7 when there's newer 6.3?
- Just removed previous LO installation and purged config files before installing LO 6.4

Default language is US English but the computer keyboard is Swedish

Weirdness remains! (see new attachments)

How did you install LibreOffice? From your distribution repository or from LibreOffice website?

Did you try to reset your user profile: menu Help > Restart in Safe Mode...

Status set to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once requested
information is provided.

Best regards. JBF
