That position is allowed in ODF and use by Karbon (Calligra-suite). The attachment has the file as saved by Karbon. The next attachment has the original file as created by LibreOffice.

I tested the files provided by the reporter (the Karbon-saved file and the original LibreOffice file) on my environment with Windows 11 64-bit. The bug reproduces in both LibreOffice versions I tested: 25.8.3.2 (X86_64) and 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64).
