The example document with Skia rendering

Chart documents axis title for the Y axis appears letter by letter written bottom to top instead of rotated. The horizontal axis text appears also letter by letter unrotated in an otherwise 45 degree rotated direction.
It all appears fine with GL backend.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attachment #157792 [details] from bug #130587
