Could you do this: - uninstall LO 3.3.4 - rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) - download LO 6.4.3 from official tdf website - install it give a new try?
Can not confirm on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US (1909) with 2020-04-25 build of master Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: fe1cf8656d6963844553993a77ef565fb2fbeda7 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: GL; VCL: win; Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded The NUMBERTEXT extension, ver 1.05.oxt installs and converts cell number values to text strings without issue. The extension could be removed without issue with the Extension manager, and restart.
