Description:
Crash mergedlo!OpenGLSalBitmap::ScalingSupported+4e 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 132958 [details] with OpenGL enabled
2. Navigator -> Pag. 17
3. CTRL+Q.
4. Restart, Crash report

Note -> The image on pag. 17 is extremely large

Actual Results:
Crash report

Expected Results:
Probably not

Another way
1. Open Writer
2. Click a style in the style sidebar
3. CTRL+Q 
4. Restart -> Crash report

As Skia with Vulkan will replace OpenGL UI rendering on all platforms, it does not make sense to keep OpenGL UI reports open.
