Description:
Lots of time spend in SfxBroadcaster::RemoveListener Undoing deleting a row (3 or 4 minutes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 154545 [details]
2. Sheet: FiltrageVent
3. Delete row 3
4. Undo+Z -> Slow (2/3 minutes?)

Actual Results:
Slow

Expected Results:
Fast; 20 seconds


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
