'Entre has character style "Comment Char" so I would expect, that Clear Direct Formatting would change this. So I would consider this as a bug (=> NEW) but to be sure, I add Design-Team (perhaps wrong information in LO Help)

The actual problem is that we need better insights to the document structure.
