Description:
A SVG is a few lines of pixels at the bottom in presentation mode (GDI/OpenGL and a little bit in Skia)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 160031 [details] look at the image
2. Press F5 -> Look at the two bottom circles

Actual Results:
A flat area

Expected Results:
Round


Reproducible: Always
